March 19 we commemorated the fifth anniversary of the U.S. occupation of Iraq. Soon the 4,000th U.S soldier's death will be tallied. Already, Iraqi deaths are estimated as more than 1,000,000. This spring and summer, Congress will discuss another funding authorization to permit military actions for years to come. Now is the time to raise our voices!
